"Dear Richard,

I am writing today as I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience I had with your company and employees.

 

The property I manage experienced a flood in one of our buildings due to the immediate melting of snow. With the ground still covered in ice and frozen, the water seeped into the six residential units within that building, displacing six families. The first tenant call was received at 1:30 PM. After quickly ascertaining the level of emergency, I began preparing for a resolution.

 

I contacted your company at approximately 4:30PM, when it became evident that this was not a job to be taken lightly. We utilized Archer for all of our carpet cleaning and repairing needs, so it was only natural to call your company when I was faced with this flooding delemma. I was advised when I phoned in that your team was already working on other flood emergencies and they would be dispatched to my property as soon as they were finished. At approximately 6PM the company trucks rolled in. The crew consisted of six employees and three trucks. It was a great sight to see your trucks roll in.

 

I briefly explained the situation and your employees assessed the area, quickly determined what needed to happen, and explained in detail what the plan and the requirements were of me and the tenants. They immediately took control of the situation and put me at ease with their explanation and level of professionalism. Once the crew began their clean up one of the employees went throught the paperwork with me. I felt so relieved to have them here and taking control of what needed to be done!

 

The crew helped to move furniture, tore up wet and damaged carpet pading, and hauled equipment into the units to start the drying process. The clean-up process continued until they had all the units under control. I knew from speaking with the office that they had left one job and came right over to my property, so I ordered pizza so everyone including my displaced tenants could eat dinner. The professionalism and calmness of your employees truly made me feel comfortable and reduced my level of stress immensely. I felt very confident that they knew what they had to do and they worked very hard and diligently to get the job done! I truly cannot say enough about how impressed I am with your level of customer service.

 

I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and I believe that it is "service" that separates the "best" from the "normal". Your employees are being recognized as the "best" for their performance at this property during this disaster.

 

For the full week, employees were here early every day taking the readings in the units, updating me with status reports, and allowing me to communicate effectively with my displaced tenants allowing me to assure them that we were working as quickly as possible to resolve the dilemma and get them back into their homes.

 

When the carpet padding needed to be replaced, the office coordinated the replacement effort with a contractor and took care of the scheduling, costs, etc. Everything with the job went smoothly and efficently, allowing my tenants to get back into their homes before the weekend, which was my ultimate goal.

 

Your employees are to be commended for their professionalism and exceptional customer service! I truly cannot say enough about this wonderful experience! Kudos' on a job very well done!
